Here’s a message for anyone who didn’t see bodies or experiences that looked like yours growing up in TV, media, movies, magazines
Especially if you're queer, BIPOC, living in a larger body, disabled, neurodivergent, living with a chronic illness, and/or from a historically underrepresented and underresourced community
or if you ever felt like there was a part of your body or your identity...
That you had to apologize or overcompensate for
I’m sending you so much love
I want you to know your experience is valid
Your body is powerful
You are so loved, so desired and so worthy
Your pleasure is not only deserved it is needed
As a queer woman who has always lived in a larger body...
I didn't often see my lived experience reflected in the media I was exposed to growing up
I spent many years apologizing and overcompensating for parts of myself that felt 'other'
Today, I see reclaiming my pleasure, celebrating my body, and confidently asking for my needs and desires to be met as a revolutionary act.
It's taken me time
and lots of support
and it’s something I continue to consciously practice on a daily basis
But it's so worth it.
I want this to be the new norm
I want women and queer folks to feel so MF sexy and confident, lit up, connected to their vitality, connected to their bodies, their pleasure, their partner(s) regardless of their background and life experiences.
This is exactly why I created scholarship opportunities for my coaching program
If you want that too and
If you're ready to feel unshakable confidence communicating exactly what you want and need in and out of the bedroom, because you feel:
Completely at home in your body and
Fully deserving of deeper and deeper pleasure
I invite you to apply for the waitlist for my coaching program, Reclaim the Flame.
These are some of the results we have seen in the past:
Feel more care-free, confident, and connected in all aspects of your relationship
Get your brain and body back on the same page, so you can unlock your sexual potential and feel vibrant and energized by intimacy
Laugh more, feel a deeper connection, and realize you don’t sweat the small stuff as much anymore.
Just like...
V who avoided intimacy and told herself she would feel sexy again after losing weight and now feels so comfortable in her body she spends her Friday afternoons sending her partner sexy texts about what she’s planning to do that night.
K who used to tell herself, “I’m just not a sexual person anymore, I’m a mom and a wife now,” and now finds herself fantasizing about the previous night with her hubby.
These are the results we get in Reclaim the Flame, if you’re craving support in this area and would love to feel ease in all areas of your relationship, I encourage you to apply now (space is limited!), so you can:
release all stress around sex,
fall in love with your body and it’s capacity for pleasure
and feel deeply connected for years to come.
