What will we talk about?

  • Mindset and the brain - how you can harness your brain power to decrease your pain

  • Stress and your nervous system - getting you out of “fight or flight”

  • Gut health and how it affects pain, mood, immunity and energy

  • Pelvic floor muscle anatomy and function, why things hurt and how to decrease that pain with simple exercises

  • Inflammation and how it relates to pain and healing

  • How you can harness nutrition to decrease your pain, improve your energy and heal your gut

What exactly is Health coaching?

The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the country, defines a health coach as:

“a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.”
